I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/02/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 121 on plat of Stonebridge, Phase II on survey prepared by Wooten Surveying Company, Inc., dated May 4, 1998 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 37-W at Page 65 . Reference to the above-described survey is hereby made for a more complete and accurate metes and bounds description thereof. Being the same property conveyed to Michael R. Duprey and Carla Ann Duprey by Deed of The Ryland Group, Inc. dated September 28, 2000 and recorded October 2, 2000 in Book 1926 at Page 1915, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. Thereafter, Carla Ann Duprey aka Carla Ann McDonald conveyed her interest in the subject property to Michael R. Duprey by Quit Claim Deed dated January 14, 2005 and recorded January 18, 2005 in Book 2126 at Page 0711, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. Subsequently, Michael R. Duprey aka Michael Raymond Duprey passed away and his interest in the subject property was passed to Hailey E. Duprey and Brice M. Duprey by probate of Estate File No. 2024-2300542.
