I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/05/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain lot of land on Tuskegee Avenue and Quarter Court, in the City of Greenville, County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, known and designated as Lot No. 14 on plat of Carver Park Addition made by the Piedmont Engineering Service, February 1953, and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Plat Book DD at Page 71, and having such courses and distances as shown said plat. This being the same property conveyed to TBS of South Carolina, LLC by deed of Annie Ruth Jenkins Bates, Lila Bates Jones and Shirly Bates Renrick recorded December 16, 2015 in Deed Book 2478 at Page 4597 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, SC.TMS map: 0200.00-04-041-00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $43,725.83.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
Additional Bidder Requirements:
Bidding will not close on sales day, but will remain open for a period of 30 days to close on 11/04/2026 at 11:00 A.M. THE PLAINTIFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE DEFICIENCY UP TO AND INCLUDING THE DATE OF THE SALE.
