I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 01/05/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Property of B.R. O'Neall Lot 2 on a plat prepared for Rawley Harris, Jr., dated June 4, 1997, prepared by Wallace & Associates, and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 35-0, Page 80. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to PM Edgewood, LLC by deed of Mark Clayton Gallucci and Raymond Gallucci, dated March 16, 2013 and recorded June 6, 2013 in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Deed Book 2425, Page 3522.TMS map: 0104000203500

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $155,670.84.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 11.5%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
