HOGAN & CAROLYN B. HOGAN, DATED AUGUST 15, 1968, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK YYY AT PAGE 169B IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY. SAID PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION. THIS BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO NICOLE FREEMAN BY DEED OF KEITH ERIC FULLER DATED MARCH 31, 2025, AND RECORDED APRIL 1, 2025, IN BOOK 2748 AT PAGE 1092 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.75%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
