I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/05/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: Being all that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 44, Planter's Row, Phase One, on a plat prepared by John B. Patterson and Stacy T. Patterson by Cox and Dinkins, Inc., dated January 27, 1995 recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 29-M at Page 77. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. This conveyance is made subject to any restrictions, reservations, zoning ordinances or easements that may appear of record on the recorded plats or on the premises. This being the same property conveyed to Barry Deleon Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Thomas by deed from Anthony Causey dated July 7, 2022 and recorded on July 8, 2022 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina, in Book 2662 at Pate 1947.TMS map: M007020105200

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $358,356.39.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.125%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
