I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 05/04/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with all improvements thereon situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, Highland Township, containing 0.64 acres, more or less, as shown on plat entitled "Survey for Julia Faye Lowe" prepared by Tri-State Surveyors on March 18, 1993 and being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 24-Y at Page 43, reference being made to said plat for a more complete metes and bounds description. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
