I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 02/02/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Tract B, containing 0.582 acre, more or less, as shown on a survey for Bosworth Enterprises, prepared by Site Design, Inc., dated March 1, 2019 and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 1332 at Page 93. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. THIS being the same property conveyed to Osman Jhogeny Urbina Urbina and Dunia Lizeth Ramos Ramirez by deed of Bosworth Enterprises, LLC, dated April 25, 2023 and recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina on April 28, 2023 in Deed Book 2686 at Page 5020. TMS map: 0506060101106

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $225,882.70.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 9.00%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
