I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/06/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 46-A, containing 2.01 acres more or less, on Lakeview Drive, on a plat entitled "Boundary Survey for Douglas and Sarah Marshbanks", dated November 15, 1996, prepared by T. H. Walker, Jr. and recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 34-O at Page 59; reference is hereby made to said plat for a more detailed metes and bounds description thereof. It is the Borrowers intent that the mobile home located on the above property lose its nature as personality and that is become realty. Borrowers further certify that they have no intention to relocated or otherwise move said mobile home. Being the same property conveyed to Dale K. Adair and Tammy W. Adair by Deed from Douglas Marshbanks and Sarah Marshbanks, dated January 23, 1997 and recorded January 23, 1997 in Book 1666 at Page 878, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolna. Thereafter, Dale K. Adair conveyed his interest in the subject property to Tammy W. Adair by Deed dated April 6, 2020 and recorded May 4, 2000 in Book 1910 at Page 792, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. TMS map: 0564010100457

In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
