I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 08/04/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 2, Revision of Lots 1-2 & 13, of Brookforest Subdivision, on a plat entitled "Survey for Timothy E. Sledge & Vallery S. Sledge," dated November 22, 1996, prepared by Site Design, Inc., and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 34-Q, Page 41. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Robert Grant Richardson by deed of Patrick E. Johnson dated December 15, 2023 and recorded December 15, 2023 in Book 2706 at Page 3747 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Subsequently, Robert Grant Richardson a/k/a Bobby Richardson died intestate on November 16, 2024, leaving the subject property to his heirs, namely Jillian Joy Southern a/k/a Jillian Southern; Robert Grant Richardson a/k/a Grant Richardson a/k/a Robert Grant Richardson, II; Hope Gray a/k/a Hope Elizabeth Gray a/k/a Huff Elizabeth Gray; Jackson Richardson a/k/a Jackson Peyton Richardson; and Sarah Pruitt a/k/a Sarah Kathern Pruitt a/k/a Sarah Katherine Pruitt a/k/a Sarah Kathrn Pruitt, as shown in Probate Case No. 2025-ES-23-00249. Thereafter, Jillian Joy Southern a/k/a Jillian Southern was appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Grant Richardson a/k/a Bobby Richardson (Probate Case No. 2025-ES-23-00249).TMS map: 0380.00-05-021.01

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $169,560.95.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6.375%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
