I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 02/02/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF GREENVILLE, STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL THAT PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND IN GREENVILLE TOWNSHIP, GREENVILLE COUNTY, STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS NO. 7 OF PETER WHITE LANDS ACCORDING TO PLAT MADE BY DALTON AND NEVES, DECEMBER, 1946 AND LOCATED ON ALICE AVENUE, HAVING THE FOLLOWING METES AND BOUNDS, TO -WIT: BEGINNING AT A CORNER OF LOT 6 ON WEST SIDE OF ALICE AVENUE: THENCE WITH ALICE AVENUE S. 13-11 E. 59 FEET TO GEORGE WILLIAMS CORNER; THENCE WITH GEORGE WILLIAMS LINE S. 77-27 W. 152.3 FEET TO CORNER OF LOT 4; THENCE WITH LOT 4, N. 14-37 W. 64.2 FEET TO CORNER OF LOT 5; THENCE WITH LOTS 5 AND 6, N. 77-57 E. 153.1 FEET TO THE BEGINNING CORNER. SUBSEQUENTLY, LOUISE HEYWARD, JUANITA WHITE, AND HAROLD WHITE CONVEYED THEIR INTEREST TO WILTON NAPOLEON WHITE BY DEED RECORDED DECEMBER 30, 1999 IN BOOK 1883 AT PAGE 671. ALSO CONVEYED TO WILTON NAPOLEON WHITE BY DEED OF EDITH VILE HOPKINS RECORDED AUGUST 23, 2000, IN BOOK 1922 AT PAGE 855. SUBSEQUENTLY, WILTON NAPOLEAN WHITE CONVEYED THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO WILTON NAPOLEAN WHITE BY QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED FEBRUARY 21, 2024, IN BOOK 2711 AT PAGE 5361, IN GREENVILLE TOWNSHIP, GREENVILLE COUNTY, STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA. SUBSEQUENTLY, WILTON NAPOLEON WHITE PASSED AWAY, LEAVING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO THEIR HEIRS, NAMELY SABRINA MOFF, THELMA WHITE, WILTON NAPOLEON WHITE, JR., AND ANTHONY WHITE.TMS map: 0233000202800

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $99,524.87.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6.375%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
