I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 03/02/2026 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel, or lot of land, lying situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, shown as Lot No. 96 on a plat entitled Roper Mountain Estates, Section 2, Sheet 2 of 2, recorded in Plat Book 17-E Page 71 and having such courses and distances as will appear by reference to said plat. More recently shown on a plat for Roper Mountain Estates, Section 2, Sheet 2 of 2 dated October 6, 1989 recorded in Plat Book 87 Page 109. For a more complete and particular description, reference is hereby made to the above referred to plat. This being the same property conveyed to William H. Grey, III by Deed of Irma H. Harris and Irma H. Harris, as Successor Trustee under the Declaration of Trust of John B. Harris dated March 11, 1992, as Amended April 12, 2000, dated August 16, 2006 and recorded August 23, 2006 in Book 2223 at Page 782 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. Thereafter, William Hall Grey, III died on September 16, 2023, leaving the subject property to his devisees Melissa McAfee Grey and William Hall Grey, IV, as is more fully preserved in Probate File No. 2023-ES-23-02557. The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $397,119.35.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 2%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.

Additional Terms of sale: In the event an agent of Plaintiff does not appear at the time of sale, the within property shall be withdrawn from sale and sold at the next available sales date upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or such terms as may be set forth in a supplemental order.
Attention is drawn to the Court Order on file with the Clerk of Court for Greenville County. The terms and conditions of the actual Court Order, to the extent of any inconsistencies, control over any terms or conditions contained in the Notice of Sale.
