I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 02/03/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that lot of land, in the State of South Carolina, and the County of Greenville, in Chick Springs Township, (On the Easterly Side of State Park Road) Containing a Total of 5.21 acres, more or less, as shown on plat of “Property of C.M. Jones, Dated September 3, 1952, and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County, in Plat Book CC at Page 151. Reference being made to said plat for a metes and bounds description thereof. Less and Excepted therefrom: .49 acres as recorded in Deed Book 1141 at Page 300. This being the same property conveyed to Maurice Markwith, II, by deed of Preston Earl Blackstock, Stephen Thomas Blackstock, and Rachel Rebecca Bean, recorded on October 30, 2017, in Deed Book 2524, at Page 4736, in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina. The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $255,186.81.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 7.5%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
