I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/07/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 1, on a plat entitled “Gibson Square”, dated July 1979, prepared by Dalton & Neves Co., and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 31-Q, Page 28. Reference is hereby made to said plat is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to 3850 East North Street, LLC by deed of J. & R., a General Partnership, by G & V Investments, L.P., as its General Partner, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina on April 15, 2009, in Deed Book 2355 at Page 4492.TMS map: 0541020102506

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $72,781.76.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 24%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
