I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 02/03/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the state of South Carolina, county of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot Number 2 on plat of MillCreek Estates, recoded in Plat Book 4-X at Pages 87 and 88 in the RMC Office for Greenville County. Being the same property conveyed to Joseph R. Shaluly and Rachel T. Shaluly by Kasper F. and Nell H. Fulghum, by deed dated September 27, 1985 and recorded September 30, 1985 of record in Deed Book 1249, Page 800, in the County Clerk's Office.TMS map: 0594030100200

In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
