I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 06/02/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being on the southeastern side of Flat Rock Road (S-1033), Grove Township, Greenville County, South Carolina, containing 3 acres, and shown on plat entitled "Survey for Thomas A. Eskew", dated May 13, 1982, prepared by C.O. Riddle, RLS, recorded in Plat Book 9-D at Page I, RMC Office for Greenville County, South Carolina. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Madeline Kerr and Jonathan Bagwell, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by virtue of a Deed from Elizabeth McArthur, as Trustee of the Tae Trust dated October 28, 2022, and recorded October 31, 2022, in Book DE 2672 at Page 2358 in the Office of Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0602.01-01-040.02

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $484,616.57.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 7.375%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
