I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/07/2025 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: The land hereinafter referred to is situated in the City of Greenville, County of Greenville, State of SC, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, lying, situate, and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Part of Lot 233 on a revised plat of Lansfair @ Ashby Park, Zone II, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 44-O at Page 32, and being more recently shown on a plat for Patrick M. Casey, prepared by Fant Engineering & Surveying Co., Inc. dated June 13, 2002, and recorded in Plat Book 45-P at Page 95, said plat being incorporated herein by reference for a complete metes and bounds description of the subject property. This being the same property conveyed to Patrick M. Casey and Janice L. Casey, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, by Deed of D.R. Horton, Inc. - Torrey recorded June 17, 2002 in Deed Book 1998 at Page 1797. Thereafter, Patrick M. Casey and Janice L. Casey conveyed the subject property to Patrick M. Casey, by deed dated April 26, 2004, and recorded May 3, 2004 as Deed Book 2086 Page 1422 in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County.TMS map: 0539320101300

In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
