I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/07/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that piece, parcel or tract of land in Chick Springs Township, Greenville County, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Tract No, 8 of Peace Heaven, Section No. 1, as shown on plat thereof recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County in Plat Book VV at Page 83 and having, according to said plat, the following metes and bounds, to wit: Beginning at an iron pin on the northern side of Chick Springs Road at the joint front corner of Tracts 7 and 8 and running thence along the line of Tract 7, N. 19-45 W., 685.8 feet to a point in a branch; thence down the meanders of said branch as the line, the chords being S. 89-43 W. 65.8 feet, S. 46-02 W. 63.5 feet, and S. 46-42 W. 75 feet, to the joint rear corner of Lot 51 and Tract No. 8; thence S. 23-03 E. 647 feet to an iron pin on the northern side of Chick Springs Road; thence along Chick Springs Road N. 72 E. 155 feet to the beginning corner.TMS map: T023000101400

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
