I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with all buildings and improvements situate, lying and being on the southern side of Loraine Drive in Greenville County, South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 30 on a revised map of Tracts 58, 59 and 60 of Meadowbrook Farms near Travelers Rest, South Carolina, made by C.O. Riddle, Surveyor, dated March 1961, recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book VV at page 51, reference to which is hereby craved for the metes and bounds thereof. Subject to any and all restrictions, easements, covenants, and rights-of-way, if any, affecting said property. TMS map: 0496000208400

This property will be sold subject to the following mortgage(s)/ senior encumbrances: NONE

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 2.875%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.

Bidding will not close on sales day, but will remain open for a period of 30 days to close on at 11:00 A.M. THE PLAINTIFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE DEFICIENCY UP TO AND INCLUDING THE DATE OF THE SALE.
