I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 08/05/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Part of Lots 2 & 1, on a plat entitled "Closing Survey for Clifton L. Hawkins", dated October 16, 1997, prepared by Robert A. Foster, RLS, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 36-Q, Page 15. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. Being the same property conveyed to Jessica Fredricks Dill by deed of Rebekah A. Anthony, dated October 5, 2021 and recorded October 11, 2021 in Deed Book 2637 at Page 5041.TMS map: 0518.00-09-002.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.0.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
