I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel and tract of land situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, containing 4.633 acres, more or less, shown as “Tract 1” on a plat entitled “Recombination Survey of Parcels Created in Plat Book 46-C Page 270, and Plat Book 46-X, Page 39”, prepared by John Robert Tuten, PLS # 11913, dated January 21, 2014, last revised September 24, 2014, recorded in Plat Book 1194, at Page 16, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina, reference to said plat being made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. Derivation: Deed from Clemson Eye Greenville, LLC to Greenville Memory Care, LLC dated November 19, 2014 recorded November 20, 2014 in Deed Book 2455 at Page 1889 TMS map: 0279.00-02-010.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.5%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
