I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel and tract of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Austin Township, County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, and being known and designated as Lot No. 4 on plat of Spring Forest Estates dated October 23, 1957, and recorded in the R.M.C. Office for Greenville County, South Carolina, in Plat Book KK at Page 117 (containing 3.09 acres, more or less), reference to said plat being made for a more complete description by metes and bounds. Being the same property conveyed on November 15, 2018 to Donna Alexander, a widow, by Donna Alexander and Ronald Goerke, Successor Trustees, under the Donald A. Goerke and Elsie J. Goerke, as Co-Trustees under that certain Trust Agreement dated July 07, 1992, recorded July 10, 2019 in Deed Book 2570, Page 1571, in the County Register of Deeds Office. TMS map: 0542020106200

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
