I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 44 on a plat of Carrington, prepared by Wooten Surveying, dated June 28, 1997, revised March 12, 1998 and recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 35-V, at Page 71. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Denver Peters and Barbara F. Peters by deed of the Ryland Group, Inc. dated March 26, 1998 and recorded March 27, 1998 in Book 1752 at Page 792 in the Greenville County Records. Thereafter, the property was conveyed to Barbara Faye Peters by deed of distribution of Estate of Denver Peters dated August 13, 2009 and recorded August 15, 2009 in Book 2360 at Page 5550 in the Greenville County Records.TMS map: 0584.04-01-011.00
