I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 06/03/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot 16, Kentland Park, as shown on a survey entitled "Survey for Danny Rafferty and Teri Rafferty," prepared by Landrith Surveying Company on December 23, 1991 and recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 21-O at Page 91. References to said plat being hereby craved for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds, courses and distances. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Thomas Williams aka Tom Williams and Melanie M. Williams, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by virtue of a Deed from Full Circle Investments, LLC dated July 27, 2009, and recorded on July 28, 2009, in Book DE 2360 at Page 496 in the Office of Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. Thereafter, Melanie M. Williams passed away November 8, 2017, thereby vesting sole title to the subject property in Thomas Williams aka Tom Williams as the surviving tenant. The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $58,380.15.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6.00%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
