I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being designated as Lot No. 1 on plat of Glastonbury Village, prepared by Plumblee Surveying and dated November 28, 2005 and recorded December 14, 2005 in Plat Book 50-R at Page 3 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, C. Reference is made to plat for a more complete and accurate description. This being the same property conveyed unto Stacey Michelle Addis by deed from Jessica R. Patterson dated February 1, 2022 and recorded February 1, 2022 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, SC in Book 2647 at Page 4407.TMS map: 0499.04-01-001.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $261,882.68.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
