I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 29 of Gulliver Oaks prepared by Freeland & Associates, Inc, dated June 9, 2017, last revised on November 21, 2017 and recorded November 21, 2017 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for said County in Plat Book 1288, at Page 52; reference to said plat being hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Wayne M. Lapierre by virtue of a Deed from James J. Scarpetta and Lois Scarpetta dated December 15, 2021 and recorded December 15, 2021 in Book DE 2643 at Page 4560 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0361.01-01-034.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $293,167.97.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.375%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
