I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot No. 10, Apple Orchard, as shown on plat of said subdivision recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book WWW at Page 28, and as more recently shown on plat entitled "Property of Pressie L. Thomas, Jr. and Charlene M. Thomas", made by Carolina Surveying Co., recorded 9/13/91 in Plat Book 21B at Page 8, reference to which is hereby made for the complete metes and bounds description. Derivation: Deed Book 1742 at Page 256 TMS map: 013020130100

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.125%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
