I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 01/02/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 37 of Howard`s Park Subdivision on a plat entitled, "Howard`s Park, Phase 1B," dated May 4, 2016, prepared by 3D Land Surveying, Inc., and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 1242, Pages 42-43. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Norma M. Pullman by deed of D.R. Horton - Crown, LLC dated October 4, 2016 and recorded October 20, 2016 in Book 2498 at Page 4577 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County.TMS map: 0560120104600

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $223,182.92.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.99%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
