I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: TRACT I: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land in Greenville County, State of South Carolina, being shown on Plat of survey for Ronnie E. Smith, prepared by Wolfe and Huskey, Inc., Engineering and Surveying, dated May 21, 1977, recorded in Plat Book 6-F, Page 61, in the RMC Office for Greenville County, and further shown on a more recent plat as 2.0 acres, located on the South side of Dusty Oak Lane, off Mt. Lebanon Church Road, prepared for “Ricky Dale Roddy and Tracy Lorraine Roddy” by John Woods, RSL, dated September 22, 1994, recorded in Plat Book 28-V, Page 67, in the RMC Office for Greenville County. Reference to the above plats is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. TMS No.: DERIVATION: Being that parcel of land conveyed to Ricky Dale Roddy and Tracy Lorraine Roddy from Rachel Annette Garland Smith by that deed dated October 20, 1994, and recorded October 21, 1994, in Deed Book 1586, at Page 544 of the Greenville County SC Public Registry. Thereafter, Ricky Dale Roddy conveyed his interest to Tracy Lorraine Roddy by deed dated October 28, 2002, and recorded November 1, 2002, in Book 2015, at Page 19, Greenville County Register of Deeds Office. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 8.740%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
