I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 01/02/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being designated as Lot 18, Merrifield Park, Section II, being shown on a survey entitled "Closing Survey for Michael A. Beeson and Kerri A. Beeson," prepared by Wooten Surveying Co., Professional Land Surveying, dated October 24, 1995 and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 31-H at Page 69. For a more complete and accurate description refer to the above referenced plat. This being the same property conveyed to Kenneth W. Vanstone and Janene G. Vanstone by deed of Lee S. Sorrells dated July 15, 2008 and recorded July 18, 2008 in Book 2332 at Page 1838 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. TMS map: 0543090101800

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.375%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
