I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 01/02/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 58 of Farmington Acres, as shown on survey dated December 1962 and recorded in Plat Book RR at Pages 106-107 in the Greenville County Register of Deeds. Reference to said plat is hereby referenced for a more complete description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Latonya A. Butler by deed of Wolan Enterprises, LLC dated August 12, 2020 and recorded August 13, 2020 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Book 2600 at Page 5418.TMS map: B013020117900

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $189,052.21.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
