I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 03/04/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that piece, parcel or lot of land in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, on the West side of Lenox Avenue (formerly Springview Avenue) and being known and designated as Lot Numbers 25 of the property of C.F. Put-Man, as shown on plat thereof recorded in Plat Book F at Page 240 of the RMC Office for Greenville County and having, according to said plat, the following metes and bounds, to-wit. Beginning at an iron pin on the West side of Lenox Avenue at the joint corner of Lots 24 & 25, which point is 480 feet from the northwest corner of the intersection of the Laurens Road with Lenox Avenue and running thence-along the joint line of said Lots 24 & 25, N 55-45 K 240 feet to an iron pin: thence, N 34-15 E 70 feet to an iron pin, joint rear corner of Lots 25 & 26; thence along the joint line of said lots, S 55-45 E 240 feet to an iron pin on the West side of Leno Avenue: thence along the line of said avenue, S 34-15 W 70 feet to the beginning corner. Being the same property conveyed to Samuel P. Hudson and Mattie B. Hudson by Dexter D. Busching and Laura E. Busching, by deed dated January 25, 1978 and recorded January 25, 1978 of record in Deed Book 1072, Page 593, in the County Clerk's Office.TMS map: 0195.00-05-004.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.06%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
