I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 04/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, COUNTY OF GREENVILLE, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS 1.0 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS SHOWN ON PLAT PREPARED BY CAROLINA SURVEYING, DATED AUGUST 15, 1996 AND BEING RECORDED DIN PLAT BOOK 33-O AT PAGE 66 AND HAVING ACCORDING TO SAID PLAT METES AND BOUNDS AS SHOWN THEREON. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto William D. Pritchett and Starlene Pritchett by virtue of a Deed from W.D. Pritchett dated August 15, 1996 and recorded August 22, 1996 in Book 1650 at Page 1160 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0589.02-01-017.01

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 7.55%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
