Chambers, dated June 25, 2004, prepared by Plumblee Surveying and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 48-S, at Page 22 reference to said plat is hereby craved for the metes and bounds description. This is the same property conveyed to Wes M. Hester a/k/a Wesley M. Hester by Deed of Michel G. Chambers and Judith A. Chambers, dated July 14, 2004, and recorded July 20, 2004, in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina, in Deed Book 2098, at Page 1713. TMS map: 0133 00 05 019 02

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $48,516.62.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5.5%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
