I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 05/06/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situated in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as 3.26 acres, more or less, on a plat entitled "Survey for Billy H. Harris and Lera Y. Harris," dated February 14, 1984, prepared by W.R. Williams, Jr., Engineer/Surveyor, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 10-1, Page 10. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. LESS HOWEVER: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as 1.955 acres, more or less, on a plat entitled "Survey for Dennis M. Merchoff," dated June 10, 1992, prepared by Terry A. Bragg, RLS# 8623, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book 22-Y, Page 79. Reference to said plat is hereby made for a more complete description thereof. Derivation: This being the same property conveyed to REI Junkies, LLC by deed of Donna Renee Stewart as Personal Representative of The Estate of Billy Herman Harris dated August 6, 2021 and recorded on August 19, 2021 in Book DE 2633 at Page 873 in the Register of Deeds Office for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0239050100701

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $179,119.13.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 9%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
