I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 12/04/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that piece, parcel or lot of land, with all improvements thereon or hereafter constructed thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, Chick Springs Township, City of Greer, being shown and designated as Lot No. 34 on plat of "DEVELOPMENT NO. 2, VICTOR-MONAGHAN COMPANY, DIVISION OF J. P. STEVENS & CO., INC., GREER PLANT" prepared by Dalton & Neves, April, 1947, and recorded in Plat Book P at page 119 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Reference is made to said plat for a more complete property description. This is the identical property conveyed to Paul Vinson Robison by Deed of Ronald Scott Chesney dated September 15, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County on September 18, 2006, in Deed Book 2227, Page 1376. The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6.500%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
