I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 10/02/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: Property situated in Greenville County, South Carolina, shown as: All those certain pieces, parcels or lots of land situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina and being shown as Lot 332 on a plat entitled HARRINGTON PHASE 1B prepared for Mark Ill Properties by 3D Land Surveying, Inc., dated October 23, 2019, last revised February 25, 2020 and recorded in the Office of the ROD for Greenville County in Plat Book 1363 pages 44-48. Reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds, courses and distances, all measurement being a little more or less. Derivation: Book 2629 at Page 1783 TMS map: 0593090133600

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 5%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
