I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 01/02/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. 2, Magnolia Green Phase 1 on a plat thereof prepared by 3D Land Surveying, dated October 23, 2019 and recorded in Plat Book 1362 at Page 33 in the ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina. Reference is hereby made to said plat of record for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes and bounds, courses and distances as appear thereon. Being the same property conveyed to Shelley Barnard by deed of SK Builders, Inc., dated March 30, 2021 and recorded April 23, 2021 in Deed Book 2622 at Page 1273; thereafter, upon information and belief, Shelley Barnard aka Shelley S. Barnard passed on August 23, 2022 leaving the Property to her heirs, namely Macey Miranda Barnard.TMS map: G006.09-01-002.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $252,770.01.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 2.875.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
