I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/06/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 23 of Highland Subdivision, Block D as shown on survey dated February 1920 and recorded in Plat Book E at Page 209 in the Greenville County Register of Deeds and more recently on plat entitled "Closing Survey for Maria L. Reveles and Jose L. Reveles" dated May 2, 2007 and recorded Plat Book 1085 at Page 99. Reference to said latter plat is hereby referenced for a more complete description thereof. THIS BEING the same property conveyed unto Robert Michael Rivera and Elanjdria Lazette Rivera, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by virtue of a Deed from BACC, Inc. dated April 7, 2017 and recorded April 7, 2017 in Book DE 2510 at Page 188 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. TMS map: 0229.00-04-003.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $134,656.82.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.75%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
