C. Jones Civil Engineers, dated April 16, 1963 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat Book “DDD”, at Page 103, said lot fronting fifty (50) feet on the southerly side of Colonial Avenue (f/k/a Yellowstone Drive). Reference to said plat being hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Jordan T. Deuter by deed of Steal Of A Deal Furniture Store & More, LLC dated January 28, 2022 and recorded February 10, 2022 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Book 2648 at Page 3378.TMS map: 0146.00-14-002.01

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $156,687.26.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.5%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
