I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 12/04/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL that piece, parcel or lot of land , situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Grenville, being shown and designated as Lot No. 258 on a plat of Dunwoody Oaks, Phase II, Section I, prepared by Freeland-Clinkscales & Associates, Inc. and recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 24-I at Page 18. said plat revised on May 11, 1993 and recorded in Plat Book 24-I at Page 54 aforesaid records, reference to said revised plat being hereby craved for a metes and bounds description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Cassie S. Cooke by Deed of Melissa A. Tellin n/k/a Melissa A. Greenlee dated June 29, 2017 and recorded June 30, 2017 in Deed Book DE 2515 at Page 5100, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0559070119200

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.875%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
