I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 12/04/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, situate and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 59 on a plat entitled "FINAL PLAT - CAMBRIDGE WALK - PHASE 1" prepared by 3D Land Surveying, Inc., dated June 29, 2020 and recorded on October 20, 2020 in Plat Book 1380 at Pages 51-52 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. For a more complete and particular description, reference is hereby made to the aforesaid plat. This being a portion of the property conveyed to D.R. Horton, Inc. by deed of Mark III Properties, LLC, successor by merger with Mark III Properties, Inc. dated July 22, 2021 and recorded on July 22, 2021 in Deed Book 2630 at Page 3011 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. BEING the same property conveyed to Patrick Garrett by Deed of D.R. Horton, Inc. dated January 25, 2022 and recorded January 26, 2022 in Deed Book DE 2647 at Page 1033, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina.TMS map: 0610140102600

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.50%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
