I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 05/06/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that piece, parcel or lot of land, located in Greenville County, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot No. Fifty (50), on a plat entitled "Subdivision for McCall Manufacturing Company, Greer, S.C.'' made by Pickell and Pickell Engineers, Greenville, S.C., May, 1949, and recorded in Plat Book S, Page 76, in the RMC Office for Greenville County. According to said plat the within described lot fronts 102 feet and was formerly known as #105 Mason Street (Avenue). Reference to said plat is hereby made for a complete description thereof. This being the same property conveyed to Ruth B. Kirby by deed of Robert Olin Kirby, dated December 27, 2001 and recorded January 10, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Book 1980 at Page 13; rerecorded April 1, 2002 in Book 1989 at Page 318. Thereafter, the Estate of Robert Olin Kirby conveyed the property to Ruth B. Kirby, Robert M. Kirby and Ronnie E. Kirby by Deed of Distribution dated August 5, 2008 and recorded August 12, 2008 in the aforementioned Register of Deeds Office in Book 2335 at Page 2096. Subsequently, Robert M. Kirby conveyed his interest in the property to Ruth B. Kirby by deed dated August 25, 2008 and recorded September 9, 2008 in Book 2339 at Page 594; Ronnie E. Kirby conveyed his interest in the property to Ruth B. Kirby by deed dated September 5, 2008 and recorded September 9, 2008 in Book 2339 at Page 596.TMS map: G024000900700

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $29,653.59.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 0.00%.
