I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 02/05/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying, being and situate in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina being shown and designated as "Lot 63" on a survey entitled "Group Development Plat Woodruff Corporate Center, Phase ll" dated May 31, 2005 and recorded in Plat Book 49-Z at Page 6 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina. Reference is hereby made to said survey for a complete mete and bounds description. This is the same property conveyed to the Mortgagor by deed from Alverson Unlimited, Inc., dated December 18, 2007 and recorded December 19, 2007 in the ROD Office for Greenville County in Deed Book 2305 at page 1045. TMS map: 054.10-027.00

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 10%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
