BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO BENNY S. MEREDITH AND BOBBIE JEAN MEREDITH BY DEED OF WESTMINISTER COMPANY, INC DATED DECEMBER 23, 1977 AND RECORDED DECEMBER 28, 1977 IN BOOK 1070 AT PAGE 817 IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. THEREAFTER, BOBBIE JEAN MEREDITH CONVEYED THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO BENNY S. MEREDITH BY DEED DATED JUNE 19, 1986 AND RECORDED JUNE 20, 1986 IN BOOK 1269 AT PAGE 125, IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS FOR GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA.TMS map: T034020107500

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $38,830.24.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.00%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
