I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/06/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, together with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Greenville, State of South Carolina, being shown and designated as Lot 147 N, Plat 2, on a plat of Conestee (Pine Forest) prepared by Madison H. Woodward, R.E. 490, recorded January 2, 1952, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County in Plat/Record Book T at pages 383-384. Reference to said plat is made for a more complete and accurate description.TMS map: 0421000301400

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.25%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
