E. Shehan, Surveying, dated May 20, 1991 and recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 19-T at Page 71 and also shown on a more recent survey entitled "Survey for John C. Cothran" prepared by Robert E. Threatt, dated February 8, 1996 and recorded in the aforesaid records on February 16, 1996, in Plat Book 32-B at Page 90. Reference to said survey is hereby made for a more complete metes and bounds description thereof. Being the same property conveyed to Eileen M. Bartlett by deed of John C. Cothran, dated May 31, 2013 and recorded June 3, 2013 in Deed Book 2425 at Page 2214.TMS map: 0646030101700

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 2.875%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
