I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 07/03/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL those certain pieces, parcels or lots of land lying, being and situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, known as Lots 2 and 7, on the northeastern side of Weston Street, as shown on plat of property entitled, ?Survey for: Marion Beasley? prepared by J.L. Montgomery, III, Registered Professional Surveyor, dated March 15, 1991 and recorded in Plat Book 46-W at Page 10 of the ROD Office for Greenville County, reference is hereby made to said recorded plat for the exact metes and bounds description thereof. This being a portion of the same property conveyed to Marion Beasley and C.D. Beasley by Deed of Daisy Stocking, by deed recorded 6/15/64 in Deed Book 751 at Page 91. Mr. Beasley received an additional interest by deed from Lucinda S. Beasley recorded 4/30/93 in Deed Book 1513 at Page 625.TMS map: 0363000200500

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $28,217.49.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 4.5%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
Additional Bidder Requirements: Each successful bidder other than the plaintiff at the time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with the Master as evidence of good faith 5% of the bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid.
Bidding will not close on sales day, but will remain open for a period of 30 days to close on at 11:00 A.M. THE PLAINTIFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE DEFICIENCY UP TO AND INCLUDING THE DATE OF THE SALE.
