I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 03/04/2024 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being situate in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot 108, Cliffs at Glassy, containing 2.11 acres, more or less, according to plat recorded in the ROD Office for Greenville County, SC in Plat Book 20-T at Page 14. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more detailed metes and bounds description hereof. TMS map: 0646.05-01-008.00

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $110,056.92.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.

Bidding will not close on sales day, but will remain open for a period of 30 days to close on 04/03/2024 at 11:00 A.M. THE PLAINTIFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE DEFICIENCY UP TO AND INCLUDING THE DATE OF THE SALE.
