I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 12/04/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain parcel or lot of land, together with driveway, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, Highland Township about 10 miles northeast of the City of Greer on the south side of Cockrell Road n/k/a Cockeral Bridge Road being shown on a plat of property prepared for Carroll Eugene Fowler and Katherine P. Fowler by Wolfe and Huskey, Inc. dated December 16, 1976 recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 5-Z at Page 92 and on a more recent survey prepared by Site Design, Inc. dated March, 1994 entitled “Property of Carroll Eugene Fowler and Katherine P. Fowler” recorded in the RMC Office for Greenville County in Plat Book 27-F at Page 66 reference to which plat is craved for a metes and bounds description. The driveway property conveyed herewith measures 10 feet on each side of the centerline of the gravel road which begins at the old iron pin on the northwest corner of main parcel and ending at Cockeral Bridge Road having the metes and bounds shown on said plat. Being the same property conveyed to Carroll Eugene Fowler and Katherine P. Fowler by A.C. Fowler and Frances L. Fowler, by deed dated March 23, 1994 and recorded March 29, 1994 of record in Deed Book 1556, Page 385, in the Greenville County Clerk's Office. TMS map: 0620010102501

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 3.5%.
Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
