I will sell at public auction to highest bidder at County Court House on 11/06/2023 at 11:00 a.m. the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Lot Number 55 on a plat entitled “Watson Crossing”, prepared by W. R. Williams, Jr. dated March 29, 1989 and recorded on May 8, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Plat Book 34-V at Page 55. This being the same property conveyed to William Tart and Elaine Zix by deed of Charles B. Simmons, Jr., as Master in Equity for Greenville County, South Carolina dated November 3, 2016 and recorded on February 2, 2017 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Greenville County, South Carolina in Book 2505 at Page 3243.TMS map: 048.010102100

The total judgment debt set forth in the Order is $212,363.80.

This property will be sold subject to any past due or accruing Property taxes, assessments, existing easements and restrictions of record and any other senior encumbrances.

The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of the Sale through date of compliance at the rate of 8.75%.

Each successful bidder other than plaintiff at time bid is accepted will be required to deposit with Master as evidence of good faith 5% of bid in cash or certified check at the time of bid. In event purchaser fails or refuses to comply with terms of sale within 20 days from close of bidding, deposit shall be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff's debt, and the Master shall forthwith re-advertise and resell said property upon the same terms on some subsequent sales day at the risk of former purchaser until obtaining full compliance with sale.
